Description
To keep spreading the joy of watercolour I’m hosting ‘Watercolour workshops’ online. I think now more than ever we can find comfort and joy in art in our own footsteps!
Grab a glass of beverage and join me for a creative, relaxing evening of self-care through watercolour painting right from the comfort of your own home. The theme for this workshop is beautiful Magnolia tree blooms.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, especially those without previous experience or who requires a revision to re-start. I will introduce you to the essential techniques to help you develop your watercolour skills and grow in confidence with your creativity. We will discuss topics including colour theory, application of paint to paper, the creative process and composition.
You will learn all about the magical way pigments flow, and little tips and tricks that create special effects. As well will learn how simple brush strokes and basic shapes can be used to create different shapes including leaves and flowers. Following our exploration into the essentials of watercolour painting and floral subjects, I will lead you to step by step in paint along with blooms!
